Ihre Missionen

As a major international actor, Framatome‘s Fuel Zirconium organization has unique resources and industrial facilities in France to develop a global strategy to serve our customers worldwide and meet their expectations for Zirconium and associated products. 

 

Under minimal direction, this position is responsible for attaining substantial closed order income and being the liaison between the Fuel Zirconium organization and the American, Canadian and Argentina markets. This position will develop and maintain business strategies enhancing relationships and sales revenue resulting in $50 million in revenues annually as of today with the ambition to increase it by 20% at least over the next years; lead major proposal efforts from strategy to pricing to execution and interface between the manufacturing plant and customers.

 

 

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads business development for nuclear & various non-nuclear markets in America, Canada & Argentina,
  • Develops and maintains extensive client relationships,
  • Assesses and forecasts market potential, trend, competitor, new technologies and sales opportunities,
  • Recommends pricing position to ensure proposals result in target margin level and customer acceptance,
  • Leads/negotiates proposals and customer development efforts and introduction of new products and services by demonstrating value of various technical solutions in response to client needs,
  • Ensures products, services and delivery schedules for the satisfaction of our customers, in close coordination between the plants and the customers,
  • Proposes long-term plans and cost improvement programs to assist in achieving business objectives,
  • Provides recommendations to the Fuel Zirconium Sales&Marketing management on related strategic issues.

1 Sales assistant located in Lynchburg (VA).

 

LOCATION:

Position based In US eastern with an office located in Lynchburg (VA) including frequent travels in the US, Europe, Canada and South America.

MAJOR SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE :

  • Well-developed and demonstrated leadership skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of technical products and services as well as general knowledge of competitor products,
  • Ability to understand and challenge production costs, 
  • Good written, verbal and listening communication skills,
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, especially at executive levels,
  • Mastering of sales & marketing processes and contract management tools such as SAP software.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree in a technical or business discipline, Master preferred. In addition, the position requires a minimum of 5 years of closely related work experience in a commercial, accounting or production position.
