Your missions

 

Within the subsidiary in Finland, he/she will be responsible for sales within your scope, for business in Finland and/or internationally, with the support of the project, technical, legal and purchasing functions.

Framatome Finland is looking for a business development manager to our Rauma office.  

Within the subsidiary in Finland, he/she will be responsible for sales within your scope, for business in Finland and/or internationally, with the support of the project, technical, legal and purchasing functions.

Within this team, he/she works with MD and international sales-, and technical teams.

You will manage and grow IB Commercial and Sales activities in Nordic market:

  • Sales management accountability, develop the business.
  • Manage commercial staff in Finland.
  • Pilots all Business development in his country.
  • Sales & Marketing strategy and planning an pipeline strong pipeline      management.
  • Development of customer relationships, satisfaction & customer actions plan.
  • Commercial leads generation.
  • Customer/ site interfacing.
  • Reporting to line management.
  • Participate in offer preparation, lead negotiation strategy.
  • Ensures sales compliance: legal, ethics and values, local consulting    contracts.
  • Develops business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business strategies.

You are

You have suitable university degree, knowledge from nuclear industry and good communication skills in multicultural work environment.

Safety and security are values that you embody on a daily basis. Work requires travelling in Finland and abroad. Work tasks can be arranged partially by remote working
