The mission is to take over the implementation of :
· Probabilistic Safety Studies (PSA):
o Modelling and quantification of systems by failure shafts,
o Modelling of accident scenarios by event trees,
o Analysis of human reliability,
o Analysis and interpretation of EPS results in support of system design or optimization and nuclear safety.
· Reliability, maintainability and availability (FMD) studies: contribution to the evaluation and improvement of the performance of different systems, in particular the control systems designed by Framatome (digital or analog). The main objective of these studies is to assess the reliability of these systems and the impact on reactor availability. This requires the implementation of different methods of operating safety:
o Probabilistic and frequency modelling of reliability by failure shafts
o FMEA (Analysis of Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality)
The scope of intervention covers reactors in operation in France and abroad, reactors under construction (EPR technology) and more punctually 4th generation reactors.
Depending on the candidate’s experience, the mission may also include a first level of activity management.
Higher education type engineer or university equivalent, with a first experience (3 to 5 years) in the field of Probabilistic Safety Studies and reliability studies. Good knowledge of REP reactors, their systems and control.
Operational English (written and oral).
Proactive profile. Rigorous and methodical qualities. Good analytical and synthesis skills.
Comfortable in written and oral communication and appreciating teamwork.
