Your missions

Key roles:

Receipt of Material: 

Liaise with the company back office supply chain/logistics department and the HPC logistics team to anticipate deliveries on site, 
Coordinate all on site deliveries, 
Perform or coordinate appropriate actions and controls when receiving deliveries, 
Report and trace any non-conformance upon receipt of goods/deliveries. 
 

Storage of Material: 

Perform or coordinate appropriate check-in/check-out of goods and material from HPC company storages, with appropriate tools or database, in order to maintain a proper inventory, 
Organise the storage of all company goods and materials in the available warehouses or storage areas, 
Organise the packing, unpacking or repacking of material according to appropriate procedures, 
Perform or coordinate the care & maintenance of material according to procedures and documentation, 
 

Storage areas: 

Manage the HPC Company warehouses and storage areas regarding Health and Safety requirements, 
Manage the HPC Company warehouses and storage areas regarding security, access, maintenance, cleanliness level, housekeeping, 
Manage maintenance and periodic inspection of associated tools and equipment (firefighting equipment, forklift, lifting equipment, air conditioning, ventilation, filters…), 
Manage document storage and archiving,
 

Management: 

Manage Subcontractors, the Warehouse and Material Team (depending on the site construction phases and deliveries). 
 

Warehouse and Material Organisation Setup: 

Understand and assist in updating existing procedures  
Carry out the basic storage and maintenance tasks needed before the team grows (drive lifting/handling equipment, perform basic mechanical maintenance or checks), 
Ensure the correct distribution of deliverables and project documentation.

You are

Qualifications and Experience:

 Essential : 

CITB HSE Test Supervisors

Previous experience of MS Office

Experience of working on Large Construction projects in an international context

Excellent management style – encouraging, inspiring and enabling the team around you to be the very best they can be,

Good understanding of computer and warehouse management systems

Excellent relationship building skills, Experience of health and Safety in a warehousing environment.

Valid Full Driving Licence
 

Desirable:

SSSTS Certificate

CILM BE+ Nuclear Unit

Knowledge of SAP storage management module

MHE, Other Trained Skills and previous experience

Experienced Forklift Driver

Overhead Travelling Crane Driver

Slinger / Signaller

Rigger

Basic mechanical and electrical storage knowledge.
