Vos missions

The Responsible Designer (RD) must prepare the integration of the design to meet the maturity expected for the commissioning milestones, named IPCM (Intermediate Project Configuration Milestones) and must be organized according to the IPCM strategy and IPCM configuration boards.
A new team is created at ED (level of Directorate) named IPCM integration team (2IT) This team will oversee:
–          Contributing with NNB to the IPCM strategy, planning and content.
–          Building the processes, tools to manage the transversal maturity of elementary systems.
–          Reviewing with the sequence leaders that the budget and planning for the elementary systems is consistent with the IPCM sequence.
–          Deliver the maturity of the elementary systems maturity, by respecting the IPCM process and tools.
To ensure this the team will consist of 2 divisions.
–          Strategy, process and tools, budgets, and resources coordination
–          IPCM integrators. This is a new role to lead the IPCM process and delivery for elementary systems.
The IPCM integrator is a key transversal new role that is legitimated by the management to lead the maturity of the elementary systems according to the expectation of the system design maturity review.

As a System Integrator, you will:
–          Be responsible for the IPCM sequence from the preparation of the system design maturity review to the integration of the potential design modification before during and after commissioning:
o    The maturity review process: KoM, roadmap, preparation, coordination of disciplines (3 main parts: Systems/Equipment /MEH), meeting and actions plan follow up.
o    The maturity of the design for the gate review of the project.
o    The risk assessment with the disciplines on remaining OP and the full implementation of all design change required for the commissioning (as per freeze).
o    The consistency of the document and data necessary to produce commissioning documentation and commissioning on site-activities by commissioning engineering.
o    The production and the completion of the IPCM system delivery package
o    The consistency between I&C SPPA & Elec (Load list) and systems to be commissioned.
o    Support to the Commissioning Engineering Team and follow up impacts on the design

o Interact with the disciplines, the sequences and the technical direction.

o Ensure the treatment of open points, and the schedule of the activities to get the maturity of the systems, liaising with the Control tower (project priorities, organizational issues) and technical direction (technical issues)

o Propose priorities and schedule to the sequence leaders as the interface is organized with them and report to the management of 2IT to make decision by the project.

o Have a good understanding of technical issues and proposing solutions to respect the planning of the project in respecting safety and referential etc…
