First I&C User Group Meeting successfully held in China

40 participants – operating Instrumentation & Control solutions made by Framatome– from key organizations in China and Korea but also from France and Finland met in Shanghai from 19 – 21 March 2019 for the 1st Asia Instrumentation & Control User Group Meeting (I&C UGM). 3 days full of interesting presentations.

In 3 parallel sessions for TELEPERM XS, Instrumentation Solutions and TRICON, Foxboro and Spec200the participants got the latest information about our expanded I&C capabilities, innovations, service and modernization concepts and much more. Especially worth to mention are the re-launch of the SPEC200 spare part supply and the first public presentation of the TELEPERM XS development roadmap. Within parallel sessions the users were offered the possibility to share their feedback from operation and maintenance and to exchange ideas.

The next I&C meetings s will take place later this year in North America and in Paris.

I&C FROG Workshop also performed for the first time

Following the I&C User Group Meeting 15 participants from member organizations of the Framatome Owners Group (FROG) joined the first I&C FROG Expert Workshop from 21 – 22 March. The workshop was dedicated to Instrumentation Solutions and participants shared their main events on neutron flux and temperature instrumentation and exchanged about equipment reliability, availability and harmonization of products qualification and life-time extension.

The next FROG Working Group on Instrumentation and Control solutions will take place in 2020.
