January 20, 2022 – Framatome today announced that it received the Top Employer 2022 certification for France and Germany from the Top Employers Institute, a global authority recognizing excellence in people practices.
The Top Employers Institute certification
program enables organizations to assess and improve their workplace
environment. Companies are selected based on their Human Resources best
practice results. The qualification covers six major areas of HR, divided into 20
topics such as human resources strategy, the working environment, talent acquisition,
training, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.
