Framatome’s French and German organizations were awarded the Top Employer certificate from the Top Employers Institute. This certificate demonstrates the company’s commitment to its Human Resource (HR) policies and practices, dedicated to the development of a work environment that centers on its employees.
“Our global Top Employer recognition confirms our actions to support our employees and strengthen our attractiveness at a time when we have big recruitment ambitions,” said Elisabeth Terrail, executive vice president of HR & Knowledge Management at Framatome. ”We pay attention to every step to welcome our new colleagues and support everyone working and evolving within Framatome.”
The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR best practices. The survey of 350 question covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.
"Companies must meet ambitious requirements to qualify for the Top Employer award, and we are very proud to be considered a Top Employer again this year," explains Peter Nünning, vice president of HR, Communication and Information Systems at Framatome GmbH. "This recognition is certainly an incentive for us and all of our Framatome HR teams to make Framatome an even better place to work!”
