Olys Engineering. A key player in nuclear and industrial engineering, Olys Engineering offers agile solutions and works closely with energy players and related industries. Capitalizing on the skills acquired within the EDF Group and Framatome, Olys Engineering develops engineering services for the energy sector, defense, chemistry and environment. Olys Engineering covers all the trades necessary for the creation, start-up, operation, maintenance and modification of equipment or industrial installation.

Arabelle Solutions.  In the year 2024, EDF made the acquisition of Arabelle Solutions, formerly Alsthom turbines, worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of turbines, electrical generators, pumps and equipment connected to the turbine-sets.
With this acquisition, EDF-group is now proposing a combined offer with Framatome and Arabelle Solutions, in synergies covering the full plant from core to electrical grid, making possible plants’ performances unseen improvement, and proposing comprehensive expertise to recover margins and efficiency.

Jeumont Electric.  In the year 2020, Framatome created the joint venture Jeumont-Electric with naval grouo. Worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of electrical generators, pumps and wired equipment, Jeumont Electric completes Framatome’s proposition with electrical major components procurement and maintenance.

Intercontrôle.  A 100% subsidiary of Framatome, is specialized in automated non-destructive testing for nuclear power plants. Its teams develop innovative solutions for its customers worldwide. They also perform on-site interventions to carry out in-service inspections of nuclear power plants..

Framatome is expanding its offering with the creation of the Valves solution line, formed through the integration of the expertise of Vanatome, Segault, and Valserve (formerly Velan SAS).

This synergy has led to the birth of Framatome Valves—a comprehensive and sovereign valves solution designed to meet the most demanding needs of the nuclear, defense, industrial, and energy sectors in France and around the world.

Segault, specializes in the design, qualification, and manufacturing of a wide range of industrial valves.

Valserve (formerly Velan SAS), specializes  in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of nuclear valves for both civil and military reactors, as well as low-temperature cryogenics.

Vanatome, specializes in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of nuclear valves for both civil and military reactors, as well as low-temperature cryogenics.

CETh benefits from 30 years of experience in the field of thermal treatments.  Their areas of expertise extend from the supply of tailor-made heating services (furnaces, specific heating systems,…), the design and manufacture of standard heat treatment machines, on-site services with mobile machines and qualified personnel, the simulation, and thermal calculations. CETh ensures the modernization, upgrading and maintenance of existing equipment, as well as processes and tools for your preheating operations and post-welding heat treatments.

Framatome Arc supports the nuclear and defense industries in their complex projects in boilermaking and mechanized welding through an integrated offer, a robust control of metals and alloys. Its teams master the management of complex industrial projects from the engineering and design phases to interventions on its clients’ sites, including the manufacture of welded equipment in its factories, while respecting the triptych project: costs, quality, deadlines.
