Valves
Framatome is expanding its offering with the creation of the Valves solution line, formed through the integration of the expertise of Vanatome, Segault, and Valserve (formerly Velan SAS).
This synergy has led to the birth of Framatome Valves—a comprehensive and sovereign valves solution designed to meet the most demanding needs of the nuclear, defense, industrial, and energy sectors in France and around the world.
Segault, specializes in the design, qualification, and manufacturing of a wide range of industrial valves.
Valserve (formerly Velan SAS), specializes in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of nuclear valves for both civil and military reactors, as well as low-temperature cryogenics.
Vanatome, specializes in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of nuclear valves for both civil and military reactors, as well as low-temperature cryogenics.
Pumps, motors and generators
Arabelle Solutions. In the year 2024, EDF made the acquisition of Arabelle Solutions, formerly Alsthom turbines, worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of turbines, electrical generators, pumps and equipment connected to the turbine-sets.
With this acquisition, EDF-group is now proposing a combined offer with Framatome and Arabelle Solutions, in synergies covering the full plant from core to electrical grid, making possible plants’ performances unseen improvement, and proposing comprehensive expertise to recover margins and efficiency.
Jeumont Electric. In the year 2020, Framatome created the joint venture Jeumont-Electric with naval grouo. Worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of electrical generators, pumps and wired equipment, Jeumont Electric completes Framatome’s proposition with electrical major components procurement and maintenance.
Cybersecurity
