Plants availability improvement solutions

When operating a reactor, operators are facing unexpected failures leading to loss of production. Moreover, outages are periods dedicated to maintenance and so with no production. Reducing such periods is key for operators. Framatome developed solutions based on data analytics with the aim to make operators focus on most penalizing maintenance in terms of safety and availability. We also developed solutions for equipment monitoring in order to anticipate failures. The combination of those two solutions allows customers to permanently adapt their preventive maintenance, reducing costs while improving availability. We also propose outages support for better monitoring and duration reduction.
