Operators increasingly face burden because of human behevior and errors while systems and equipment reliabilities are drastically improving. Framatome proposes training far beyond the standard training, including flexibility in operation, and a large catalog of courses that focus on the physical phenomena, systems interactions, scenario approaches, risk mitigation, and human performance. Training courses have been performed extensively for employees from the nuclear industry, as well as for safety authorities.
