Our fully automated ultrasonic fuel inspection systems, ECHO-330 and Ultratest combine advanced multiple-probe designs with computerized control and data evaluation to deliver proven performance and reliability for detecting failed fuel rods. These unique systems inspect all fuel rods with minimal passes through the fuel assembly. This eliminates the need for extra handling of the fuel assembly if rescans are required. ECHO-330 and Ultratest have proven results on a variety of fuel designs, including PWR 14×14 to 17×17 and BWR 8×8 to 11×11 configurations.
