In nuclear industry, qualification is paramount for sustainable operation under design margins and monitoring limits. Qualification can be provided by (i) equipment testing, (ii)analyses including obsolescence, calculation, analogies and operating experience using our database of already qualified equipment, or (iii) combination of the above. Framatome has a long history and full mastering of all qualification skills and competencies. As designer of equipment, general contractor, and equipment manufacturer, we are an accredited Test Body per ISO 17025:2005.
