Human performance

Nuclear plant personnel must be highly trained for all scenarios during outages and normal operation. Moreover, operators increasingly face burden because of human behevior and errors while systems and equipment reliabilities are drastically improving. Framatome proposes human performance engineering for optimized solutions either incorporated in the initial design of new builds projects or in modernization projects and improving protective means from human errors. In addition, Framatome also proposes a full set of training courses dedicated to human performance improvement and errors mitigation.
