Qualification centers: software qualification

Nuclear power plants have to use growing numbers of smart devices. Industrial equipment like programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or transmitters is available, but the existing qualification levels are only partly compatible with nuclear requirements and standards. Our methodology for software-qualification of smart devices is state-of-the-art and meets authority requirements for approvals. Through our software qualification services we assess all safety functional features in accordance with project specific nuclear requirements.
