SAP Transformation Pilot

Your missions: 

You will be the PMO (Project management officer) for technical data management, planning and scheduling.

You carry out structuring missions and assistance in project management.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage, in project mode, the transformation plan for the entire TDM / planning / scheduling process, in line with the service roadmap
• Coordinate in project manager mode the work of the various action pilots with a global vision of the project
• Follow the action plan, set up and animate the dashboard of its progress, measure the impact of the delays encountered and propose remedial actions
• Direct some actions of the plan
• Lead external stakeholders at Jeumont site
• Report on the progress of actions towards its hierarchy (reporting, KPI, etc.)

Environment

You will report to the Head of the Planning Department and to the Managing Director Framatome Belgium.

This position involves various functional interactions with:

Internally at the Jeumont site: Project, Production, Commerce, OPEX, IS team, Design Office, Purchasing, Quality, Finance…      Externally: Framatome BU, Corporate, other group sites and consulting firms.

Required level: 

• Bac + 5 with a specialization in Supply Chain if possible

• Minimum 5 years industry experience in planning, scheduling or methods positions

• APICS certification or any other equivalent certification would be a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Have a transversal vision of flows (physical and documentary) and tools (SAP, P6…)

• Proficiency in office tools

• Knowledge of planning tools

• Database management and analysis

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, 8D/A3, FMECA, Pareto…

• Knowledge of visual management methods and tools
