Purchasing & Expediting Project Manager EPR

The Supply Chain Department is looking for a Project Supplier Manager (PSM) for the major power plant construction projects EPR Hinkley Point C and SIZEWELL C / Project Manager Purchasing and Expediting to manage the contractual and operational relationship with suppliers of mechanical equipment (major handling equipment, piping and valves) and installation services.

You will join a team of 8 PSM, in a service of 20 people.

You have a key role in the management of the project’s industrial purchasing activities, starting with the call for tenders until the closing of the contract through the proper execution of the order (expediting).

Your Supply Chain missions are as follows:

• Be the key interface and represent Framatome to suppliers
• Coordinate Framatome’s internal disciplines: technical, quality, inspection, contract, documentation and planning.
• Support and control the execution phase of the order
• Negotiate contracts (FIDIC/NEC)
• Ensure the application of the five Framatome Supply Chain performance pillars (safety, quality, cost, time, innovation) and the achievement of performance objectives (KPI)
• Ensure the application of procurement and project processes
• Be a proposal force for future projects

Bachelor’s degree (Engineer or equivalent) you have 5 years minimum experience in an industrial environment with experience in project purchasing and/or experience in the field of industrial methods or inspection with an interest in the supplier relationship.

You have ideally negotiated complex contracts (technically and legally) in an EPC environment.
