Tasks Description:

The business unit I&C is looking for a Sales and  Business Development Manager in order to increase its market in central and Eastern Europe.

The candidate shall be well experienced and connected in the nuclear community in CEE and have significant experience in Instrumentation and Control in Sales positions.

The candidate will report directly to the Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe in the Instrument on and Controls business Unit.

 

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks in his area of responsibility:

– Perform business development and sales management for Central & Eastern
   Europe
– Contribute to market and product development
– Assess market needs, develop marketing and bring-to-market strategies
– Approach respective stake holders and manage customer relationship
– Manage opportunity pipeline
– Manage offers within BU I&C

You are

Skills and Qualifications:

– Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering with a high interest in
  business development and sales; or an advanced degree in business, with
  outstanding knowledge of I&C topics and markets as well as a very strong
  networks in those markets.
– Longstanding professional experience (more than 10 years) in I&C or I&C
  related business with increasing responsibility and a proven track record
– Good knowledge of I&C and I&C Markets also outside Nuclear
  Business Development and offer processes experience
– Good strategic skills and customer orientation
– Pragmatic, and results oriented

 
Language skills:

– At least one Slavic language plus either
– English fluent
– Romanian or Hungarian a plus

Other requirements:

– Excellent standing in the nuclear community in the respective bases country
– High engagement, high capability, efficiency, resilience and willingness to travel
– High internal and external acceptance
– Ability to develop markets
– Manage opportunity pipeline
